Instead of on-site visits, we will collect your computer, do the repairs, and return it to you, all as part of our standard hourly rates. That means you pay only for the time to repair/resolve your IT issues.

We take seriously the government’s guidelines on keeping safe during this time, and we take steps to minimise our mutual risks. To that end, we make use of gloves and sanitising wipes at both ends of the process. And most importantly we maintain 2 meters distance during collection and return visits. Together, we will devise a protocol specifically for your circumstances.
